6/20/2006 The Conference Board of Canada's Index of Consumer Confidence for Ontario rose 3.4% in April, following a 0.6% increase in March. Since December of 2005, the Ontario consumer confidence index is up nearly 10%.

2/27/2006 Ontario real GDP grew at a 2.8 per cent annual rate in the third quarter (July to September) of 2005. Growth was led by strong machinery and equipment investment expenditure, solid household spending and a rebound in exports.
