The government of Ontario has developed the Passport to Business Success (PBS) program with the federal and municipal governments to encourage entrepreneurship and new business start-ups. PBS will assist you to access the wide range of services available to you as a recently arrived business immigrant to help you to settle your family and to establish your business.

- Get valuable professional assistance
As a PBS member, you will periodically be invited to or advised of various events such as: networking/information sessions, seminars, business forums. These events are meant to help ease your transition both personally and professionally.
Seminars on Doing Business in Ontario are provided for recently landed business immigrants. These seminars are presented in a number of languages and are designed in particular for immigrant Entrepreneurs with terms and conditions on their visas. These seminars provide information on starting a business, Canadian tax and banking systems, business opportunities, and the removal of terms and conditions.
